Our chicory cubes start their journey as chicory plants growing under the best conditions in fertile fields. Our farmers who supply our ingredients are trusted, and aligned with our vision to create sustainable and ethical food sources. These farmers grow chicory without any organic pesticides or chemicals, so the roots are free from those toxins.

The warm climate of India makes it ideal for chicory farming. The roots are then sun-dried at 40–45°C for 3–4 days after harvest to the end moistening stage. This time-honoured practice not only maintains the nutritional benefits of the roots but also aligns with eco-conscious practices Why does this matter? After harvesting and drying, the roots are cleaned and processed and are ready for their next step.
